Photo Exhibition in Carbonia city centre
The fascination of a trip to Sardinia is also determined by the cultural heritage of the place, enhanced and secured so as to let everyone enjoy it. Until 28 March 2011 at the Museum of Coal in Carbonia city centre a photo exhibition is held showing the mining disaster occurred in Belgium in 1956, when 262 miners were killed, and many Italians among them.
The exhibition is open to the public from Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 6pm, Monday closed. Entry is allowed upon payment of a €2 ticket, while for Museum visitors the cost of the exhibition is free of charge.
