Flavors of Sardinia: the Festival of Olives

Gonnosfanadiga (in the Medio Campidano) will host on November 21-22-23 the traditional Festival of Sardinia Olives, an opportunity for all those who are on holiday in Sardinia to taste some typical flavors of this wonderful land. Tourists and visitors from neighboring localities will find rich gastronomic stalls where is possible to enjoy bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, bread, cold cuts produced according to traditional methods of preparation, honey and several other specialties.

Really interesting will also be the exhibitions of various handicraft in wood, ceramic and other materials manufactured by the skilled hands of local artisans.
